Driver Bulao Return Policy
Driver Bulao is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our driver hiring services. As our services are based on hourly hires and wallet recharges for drivers, our return policy is designed to address issues related to service cancellations and wallet recharges.
1. Service Cancellation
Customer Cancellations:
- Before Service Commencement: If you cancel your booking before the driver has commenced the service, you will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of 5%.
- After Service Commencement: If the service has already commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the hours already utilized plus a cancellation fee equivalent to one hour of service.
Driver Cancellations:
- In the rare event that a driver cancels the service, you will receive a full refund for any unused hours or a replacement driver will be provided as per your preference.
2. Driver Wallet Recharge
Recharge Errors:
- If there is an error in the amount recharged to the driver’s wallet, please contact our support team within 24 hours. We will rectify the error by adjusting the wallet balance accordingly.
Unused Balance:
- The balance in a driver's wallet is non-refundable. However, the balance can be used for future bookings without any time limit.
Fraudulent Transactions:
- If any fraudulent activity is suspected with wallet transactions, the driver’s account may be temporarily suspended while we investigate. Refunds for fraudulent transactions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the transaction.
