Driver Bulao Refund and Cancellation Policy

Driver Bulao aims to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations for our hourly driver hire services.

1. Service Cancellation by Customers

  • Before Service Commencement: If you cancel your booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. If you cancel within 2 hours of the scheduled start time, a cancellation fee equivalent to one hour of service will be charged.
  • After Service Commencement: Once the service has started, you can cancel at any time, but you will be charged for the hours already utilized and an additional cancellation fee of one hour of service.

2. Service Cancellation by Drivers

  • In the rare event that a driver cancels the service, you will receive a full refund for any unused hours. Additionally, you may choose to have a replacement driver assigned at no extra cost.

3. No-Show Policy

  • Customer No-Show: If the customer is not present at the specified location within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time and has not notified us of any delays, the booking will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
  • Driver No-Show: If the driver fails to arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior notice, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement driver at no extra cost.

4. Driver Wallet Recharge Refunds

  • Recharge Errors: In case of an incorrect amount being recharged to the driver’s wallet, please contact our support team within 24 hours. We will adjust the wallet balance accordingly.
  • Non-Refundable Balance: The balance in a driver’s wallet is non-refundable. However, it can be used for future bookings without any expiration.
  • Fraudulent Transactions: If fraudulent activity is suspected, the driver's account may be temporarily suspended during the investigation. Refunds for fraudulent transactions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
